Integrated Smelting System WISAFS1.0 for Electric Furnace

An integrated smelting system WISAFS1.0 is developed based to the common smelting characteristics of electric furnace in ferroalloys and calcium carbide industry. There are six subsystems in the system, including functions of searching, smelting, design, cost, management and help. Following the principles of high cohesion and low coupling, WISAFS1.0 system is convenient in maintenance and extensible, which aims to provide compatible and reliable methods for technological engineers and designers of electric furnace and also provide guidance for overall parameter optimization and achievement of high-efficiency low-consumption smelting.
