The present work consists in studying the adsorption of phenol onto multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs). Effect of pH solutions on phenol adsorption was investigated. Results obtained show that the adsorption of phenol on MWCNTs supported at acidic values of pH. The optimum pH value for adsorption of phenol was 5 that the maximum adsorption capacity was found to be 46.1 (mg/g) at this condition. The results showed that the adsorption of phenol on MWCNTs has a good and favorable adsorptive capacity.
