Ionic liquids (ILs) or “green solvent”, have specific chemical and physical properties, such as being liquid at room temperature and virtually no vapor pressure. So in this work we decided to apply the Cubic Plus Association (CPA) equation of state to describe the phase behavior of 1-butyl-3-methyl-imidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([BMIM][PF6]).
