In this paper covalent immobilization of glucose oxidase enzyme on the surface of modified magnetic nanoparticles is reported. The optimum time for maximum enzyme activity of the immobilized glucose oxidase is 21h. The data of ph and t shows that the activity of the immobilized enzyme is lower than the free enzyme but the obtained results showed that the immobilized enzyme was more stable than the free enzyme.
