چكيده فارسي :
Fragmentation and ionization of cysteine in corona discharge was investigated using ion mobility spectrometry (IMS). The measurements were performed in the positive ion mode. Ion mobility spectra of cysteine were reported with varying injection and drift temperature. At least two peaks were observed in the ion mobility spectra. One peak was attributed to protonated cysteine and another peak was produced as a result of dimer formation in the ionization region of IMS instrument. Experimental results showed that fragmentation of cysteine was occurred both in injection port an ionization region of the instrument.
