چكيده فارسي :
Decomposition and ionization of valine was investigated using ion mobility spectrometry (IMS) equipped with a corona discharge ionization source. The measurements were performed in the positive ion mode. Ion mobility spectra of valine were reported with varying injection and drift temperatures. At least six peaks were observed in the ion mobility spectra. Experimental evidence were used to correlate the peaks to related ionic species of valine. At least two peaks were attributed to the products of thermal decomposition of valine in the injection port of the spectrometer. One peak was attributed to protonated valine and the other peaks were produced as result of dimer formation in the IMS ionization region.
