Medical wireless sensor networks to patient data collecting at home or health centers are used to monitor the health status and life. Full remote control out of medical centers reduce health costs and improve the quality of life of patients. Fast and secure data is important to save of the patient. To server inaccessibility probability in medical centers, a data store in the cloud server. The latency issues, comprehensiveness, freshness of data and anonymity and confirming the patient s identity should be protected from unauthorized access. This paper review and proposed the secure service by certificate authority center that generate private and public keys for users and considered approaches against attacks. Maintaining data security with encryption features and its authenticity with digital signatures based on hash-based foam takes place. The comparison of the proposed approach with other studies indicates optimal security, scalability, and performance of this works.
