چكيده فارسي :
In this paper, a low power CMOS Schmitt trigger for implantable biomedical application is presented. The proposed design provides digitized signal in a low level supply voltage generated by self-bias transistors. Due to the fact that the hysteresis is created by positive feedback at low level supply voltage, the proposed Schmitt trigger can be used in noisy environments. The circuit has been simulated in 0.18 μm CMOS technology at 10 MHz input sine-wave. The post- layout simulation results show that the proposed Schmitt trigger consumes 780 nW using a 1.8 V power supply. Compared to the conventional CMOS Schmitt trigger, proposed structure reduces power consumption more than 95%.
