This paper considers the rheological behaviour of Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) compounds filled with various nano clay concentrations. Compounds having different levels of nano clay were prepared and the dispersion and the strain dependency of SBR nanocomposite were examined. Desirable dispersion in samples was achieved and the results showed that the viscoelastic properties have been affected strongly by the nano filler content. As the nano clay amount increased in compounds, the linear viscoelastic region became shorter, the elastic modulus increased, and critical strain decreased. At higher nano clay content, higher tan δ was observed
