The Northwest of Iran has unique geographical and climatic conditions that support a rich flora and fauna. Marand region, (East Azerbaijan, Northwest of Iran can be considered as a rich environment for study on wild animals in general and reptiles like lizards in particular. The subject of this paper is faunistic study of Agamidae family of Lizards by the analysis of morphological characters and identification keys. The sampling was done since 2008 on five species of Agamidae family collected from four research stations. Then, they were transfered to laboratory and fix in 10% formalin. The specimens were belonged to five species from three genus including: Trapelus agilis, Trapelus persicus, Phrynocephalus scutellatus, Phrynocephalus persicus, Laudakia nupta
