Separation and sorting of cells, are necessary steps in cell biological researches, stem cells, cancer detection, immunology, health of the fetus, and a large number of diagnoses and therapies. The rapid growth of the field of cell therapy requires a simple and effective method of cell separation, which can enhance the cell sorting process composed of complex samples. Also, the separation methods can be improved to increase the efficiency and reduce costs at the same time. Since throughput of particle separation is important and effective in improving performance of separation device, in this article, we seek the most appropriate method for manipulating biological particles.
