In this research the stability of a doubly curved shallow shells with thermoelastic coupling subjected to uniformly distributed tangential follower forces, are investigated. Variational equation of doubly curved shallow shells are obtained by using energy method and Hamilton`s principle. Based on the heat conduction equation containing the thermoelastic coupling term and equations of motion of shallow shell, the thermoelastic coupling differential equation of motion of the shallow shell under uniformly distributed tangential follower force is established. Complex frequencies of the thermoelastic coupling doubly curved shallow shell with four edges simply supported are obtained. The stability and critical load of the shallow shell are analyzed.
