In this paper, a numerical analysis of the human premolar tooth and the surrounding tissues was accomplished that it contains mechanical and thermal phases. For connecting tissue, PDL, a nonlinear stress-strain relation and nonlinear stress-time relation were exerted. It is argued that cell accumulation is in conjunction with a transient thermal heat flux that its variation follows the compressive stress variation in the PDL and its value was quantified by using a unique coefficient called thermo-mechanical coefficient. Results demonstrated that the highest temperature rise about 1.7°C on the interface of the PDL and the bone was a consequence of the thermo-mechanical coefficient equal to 6 in the thermal analysis while a 2.0N force was applied to the topmost point of force application and compressive stress was obtained 0.81MPa.
