There is a lot of methods for controlling speed and torque of an induction motor. Predictive Torque Control (PTC) was developed and used by many researchers in recent years. This method is very sensitive with parameter changes or any inaccuracy in motor model. This paper suggests a new adaptive MRAS estimator for adjusting resistance and speed uncertainties. Computer simulations verifies the effectiveness of this new algorithm.
