Bone is a living tissue, when there is an imbalance between bone turnover markers ( OSTEOCALCIN and ALP) loss and osteoporosis created. Exercise has positive effect on skeleton .Biomarkers show the response of bone metabolism to physical activity. Osteoblast secrete ALP. These cells have PTH receptor) and 1, 25 dihydroxyvitamin D. ( PTH ) , which is unique among hormones the main role of pth is resorption and absorbtion of bone .when the level of calcium decreases PTH increased.osteocalcin is another marker that changed during exercise In this study, sixteen weeks of resistance training and aerobic exercise on the level of OC , calcium and PTH in middle-aged men are studied. Methods: this research is semi-empirical ,after calling for participation we choose 36 healthy middle aged men and divided them in 3 groups :12=resistance training,12=aerobic,12=control ,the training done with 60 to 75 %MHR.SPSS used for analysis and use ANOVA for testing the effect of training. Results: The results showed that PTH and oc and calcium levels in the training group compared with controls, had a significant difference after exercise. Conclusion: 6 months of resistance training and aerobic intensity of 55 to 70 percent of maximum heart rate reserve created significant changes in calcium and oc and PTH.
