مطالعه تطبيقي رويكرد نظام هاي حقوقي اسلام و غرب به اديان الهي از منظر حقوق شهروندي

Acompative study of Islamic and western law systems regarding Divanere ligions: a human rights approach

در اين پژوهش سعي شده حقوق بشر در نظام حقوقي اسلام و غرب مورد كنكاش قرار گرفته و به جايگاه اديان الهي از منظر حقوق بشر پرداخته شود . تا ديد كلي به هدف ها و فعاليت هاي مربوط به حقوق بشر و تعليمات و پيام هاي اصلي اديان الهي پيدا شود. اصولا، تعليمات اديان الهي نقش بسيار موثر در ترويج حقوق بشر داشته است . مهم ترين مشكل و اختلافي كه در رابطه با اعلاميه جهاني حقوق بشر وجود دارد عبارت از موضوع آزادي مطلق انتخاب و تغيير مذهب و تبليغ آن، تساوي كامل زن و مرد، مفهوم مقتضيات صحيح اخلاقي و نظم عمومي است كه هم در حقوق بشر اسلام و هم حقوق بشر غرب از اديان الهي بحث مي شود به نحوي كه از اجباري نبودن انتخاب دين حمايت مي كنند. مسأله اي كه با سرشت پژوهش كنوني هماهنگ است بررسي اين موضوع است كه آيا مي توان با استفاده از مطالعه تطبيقي دو نظام اسلام و غرب از حقوق بشر و اديان الهي(آزادي مذهب، تغيير مذهب)در جامعه بين الملل حمايت كرد؟ نگرشي كه اين مقاله به دنبال پاسخ آن است.

In this study, human rights in Islam and the West discussed the legal system and the place of religions from the perspective of human rights be addressed. To overview the objectives and activities related to human rights and the teachings of divine religions and the main message is found. Basically, the teachings of divine religions have been very effective role in promoting human rights. The most important problems and disagreements in connection with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, there is the issue of absolute freedom to choose and change religion and promote the full equality of women and men, the requirements of true morality and public order that the Islamic Human Rights and West of religions discussed human rights in a way that is not forced to choose a religion support. Attitude that this article seeks to answer it.
