تعيين مهمترين مولفه اقتصاد مقاومتي از منظر دفاع غير عامل با استفاده از روش FAHP

Determine the most important component of resistance economy from the perspective of Passive defense using the FAHP method

اقتصاد مقاومتي يعني آن اقتصادي كه در شرايط فشار، در شرايط دشمني ها و خصومت هاي شديد مي‌تواند تضمين‌كننده رشد و شكوفايي كشور باشد. همچنين دفاع غيرعامل به مجموعه اقداماتي اطلاق مي‌گردد كه مستلزم به كارگيري جنگ افزار و تسليحات نبوده و با اجراي آن مي توان از وارد شدن خسارت مالي به تجهيزات و تاسيسات حياتي، حساس و مهم نظامي و غيرنظامي و تلفات انساني جلوگيري نموده و يا ميزان خسارات و تلفات ناشي از حملات و بمباران هاي هوايي موشكي دشمن را به حداقل ممكن كاهش داد. در اين تحقيق قصد داريم اولويت اهميت هر يك از مؤلفه‌هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي‌(توليد، توزيع و مصرف) را از منظر دفاع غير‌‌عامل بررسي كنيم. سپس به بررسي و رتبه‌بندي هر يك از زير شاخص هاي سه معيار فوق مي پردازيم. نتايج رتبه بندي مؤلفه‌ها نشان داد كه عامل توليد، مهمترين مؤلفه اقتصاد مقاومتي دفاع غير‌عامل است . همچنين در عامل توليد، سرمايه‌گذاري در توليد، در عامل توزيع، عدالت و در عامل مصرف، فرهنگ سازي از مهمترين مؤلفه هاي اقتصاد مقاومتي در دفاع غير عامل مي باشند .

Resistance economy is the economy, which under conditions of extreme enmity, hostility and pressure; can ensure the country s growth and prosperity. Also the Passive defense is the set of actions that do not involve the use of any weapons and can be implemented to prevent financial damage to critical facilities, military, civilian and human casualties, and as well to minimize the damages and losses caused by airborne and missile attacks. In this research, we intend to prioritize the importance of each component of the resistance economy (production, distribution, and consumption) from the point of view of Passive defense. Then we review and rank each of the three above criteria. The results of the component ranking showed that the factor of production is the most important component of the passive defense’s resistance economy. Also it showed that in manufacturing factor, investment in production, in distribution factor, justice and in consumption factor, culture are the most important components of resistance economy in passive defense.
