The Relationship between Innovation and Economic Efficiency of Active Enterprises in the Defense Sector

در اين پژوهش رابطهي ميان سطح نوآوري شركتهاي بخش دفاعي و بهره وري اقتصادي آن ها بررسي ميشود. براي اين منظور از بين شركتهاي فعال در بخش دفاعي تعداد 22 شركت انتخاب شده و از اطلاعات سالهاي 94 و 95 آنها استفاده گرديد. سطح نوآوري هر شركت بر اساس معيارهاي كليدي رهبري و استراتژي نوآوري، مديريت منابع نوآوري، سطح هوشياري در شناسايي ايدههاي نوآورانه، مديريت تحقيق و توسعه نوآوري، مديريت شبكه نوآوري و فرآيند يادگيري، تجاريسازي و بهره برداري از نوآوري و نتايج مالي، منابع انساني و اجتماعي حاصل از نوآوري ارزيابي شد. در اين راستا از چك ليست 112 آيتمي ارزيابي سطح نوآوري طراحي شده توسط انجمن مديريت فناوري ايران استفاده گرديد. بهرهوري اقتصادي نسبت ستانده به نهاده ميباشد. ستانده ارزش افزوده اقتصادي بوده و نهاده هزينه كل عوامل توليد است. جهت بررسي فرضيهي پژوهش از تحليل همبستگي استفاده شد. نتايج حاكي از وجود رابطهي مثبت و معنادار ميان سطح نوآوري و بهرهوري اقتصادي در بخش دفاعي بوده و مشخص گرديد كه شركتهاي بخش دفاعي ميتوانند به طور همزمان روي بهرهوري اقتصادي و نوآوري تمركز نموده و از مزاياي هر يك بهرهمند شوند.

The currentresearch aims at examining the relationship between the level of innovation of Defense companies and their economic efficiency to this end, 22 companies were selected from the companies active in the Defense sector, and their information from the years 2014 and 2015 were used. The level of innovation of each company was evaluated based on the key criteria of leadership and innovation strategy, management of innovation resource, the level of consciousness in identifying innovative ideas, managing innovation research and development, managing innovation network and learning process, commercialization and exploitation of innovation and financial results, human and the social resources of innovation.In this regard, the 112-item checklist for assessing the level of innovation designed by the Technology Management Association of Iran was used. Economic efficiency is the output-to-input ratio.Output is the economic added value and the input is the total cost of production factors. To investigate the research hypothesis, correlation analysis was used.The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between the level of innovation and economic efficiency in the Defense sector. The findings indicated that that Defense companies can simultaneously focus on economic efficiency and innovation and benefit from each one of them.
