In this research have been tried according to the importance of the expansion of the Persian language in other countries issues and problems that are in the process of teaching Persian to non-Persians , which is one of the major issues of the non-Persians is vocabulary learning problems be investigated. to achieve this goal, the Prime recognition vocabulary is used by learners, and then the agents involved in learning the vocabulary and important tools in order to learn this and the factors that cause Oblivion they d check in this research, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad that 36 people, and over the course of a questionnaire that was given to the students , it became clear that in the primary period, approximately 32 per cent and 45 per cent in the middle period, and the difficulties of learning the vocabulary in the final period, 40%. the results obtained indicate that the choice of words are using more is so important And the choice of words if the estuary Persian learners needs and more palpable which are better kept in the mind and words that less use, more abstract and low frequency in the daily application to forgotten
