In this paper we propose an infrared photodetector, based on plasmonic antenna with gold back-reflector. We analyze near-field components of electrical field of metallic circular hole array plasmonic antenna and their contribution to infrared photodetector enhancement. The enhancement is based on reflection from back side of the structure which increase light trapping in the structure and leads to better device performance. Effect of adding simple and periodic slots on the back-reflector is investigated too. According to the results, two times enhancement in field concentration is observed in the proposed structure comparing with reference structure. This enhancement results in increasing effective absorbance up to 2.4 times. Also 80 nm red shift is observed with changing the period of the grating of slots.
