A receiver front-end using active/passive N-path mixers techniques is presented in this paper. By applying some techniques to the former similar structure, NF is improved significantly and stability is guaranteed. NF and S11 in all over 2GHz frequency spectrum are less than 4dB and −10dB, respectively. The power consumption without considering ideal clock generator and combiner is 11.8mW and out of band IIP3 reaches to +15.9dBm.
