The accumulation of heavy metals as the result of industrial, urban and agricultural sewages are usually resistant to chemical dissociation. They can easily contaminate aquatic animals especially fishes which are one of the food chains of humans [1].The aim of this study was to evaluate the concentrations of heavy metals (Cu and Fe) in the tissues of Sillago Sihama in the sea waters of Jask, Minab and Dargahan. Sampling was conducted in summer and winter 2016. After capturing and biometric operations of 180 samples, muscle tissues were isolated. The preparation and analysis of samples was performed according to standard methods MOOPAM. The results obtained for the concentrations of metals (Cu and Fe) in muscle of Sillago sihama showed that, there were significant differences between stations (Jask, Minab and Dargahan), and also between winter and summer seasons (p 0/05 in both cases). Based on the results, it was found that the concentrations of the intended elements in all three regions in summer is more than its concentrations in winter. In addition, in regard with the concentration of the mentioned elements in the tissues of Sillago Sihama among the three regions, the highest concentration of copper was found in Dargahan, and the highest concentration of iron was observed in Minab. The results of this investigation showed that the concentrations of heavy metals including,Cu and Fe were less than the amounts reported by WHO and so not risky for health.
