Interest in nanotechnologies and nanoscale materials, particularly magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs), has grown recently and their applications have attracted the attention of both the research and industrial communities in the chemical, environmental and medical sectors[1] . In the medical fields, the inspiration for integrating nano-technology has been expanding exponentially, particularly in the areas of drug delivery with the objective of directing the drug to the disease site with minimal side effects and reducing the dosage through more localized and efficient targeting [2]. Magnetic nanoparticles to improve the colloidal stability and spreadability of water covered by a polymer coating suitable [3]. In this study, after Iron oxide magnetic nanoparticles covered by biodegradable polymer PCL, Neurobion drug loaded on nanocomposites, and afterwards was studied drug release at different temperature and pH. Confirmed the authenticity of synthetic products according to the spectrums and the results of FT-IR, H NMR and XRD. And then examined the amount of the drug release from biodegradable polymer by using Spectrophotometry (UV-VIS) . The use of UV for the following reasons were, it is simplex, easy to use, it has low operational cost, and offers a high sampling rate, minimum sample pretreatment and a wide drug concentration range for the direct determination of the analyte without losing in sensitivity. Additionally, it shows appropriate selectivity and very good pinpoint and accuracy in all cases.
