Measuring of biological pollutants in very little amounts is one of the new analytical techniques. [1]. In this research, use two Drugs as the pollutants with microextraction technique which is used for doxycycline pre concentration and Erythromycin, measuring with CuO and Fe3O4 nanoparticles. At the end of this works, the microextraction and measurement of the both drugs of doxycycline and erythromycin were conducted simultaneously with the mentioned magnetic nanoparticles. The uv-vis method has been applied In order to measure the used drugs amounts in all three researches [2]. Doxycycline and erythromycin maximum adsorbance wave length are in 280 and 228 nm respectively. Effect of parameters like the extraction time, PH of the donor phase, disadsorption time, stirring speed, the salt effect, and the nanoparticles amount in microextraction efficiency were studied in all three methods. In doxycyclin microextraction with copper oxide nanoparticles and erythromycin microextraction with Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles, the linear range were calculated in 0.01-50 mg L-1, detection limit of 25 µg L-1 and also relative recovery of 89% and 0.01-50 mg L-1, detection limit of 17 µg L-1 and relative recovery of 94.8%, respectively. In the final work for the both drugs simultaneous microextraction with CuO nanoparticles, linear ranges were reported to be 0.01-50 mg L-1 with r² = 0.9227 for doxycyclin and r²=0.9484 for erythromycin. The detection limit for doxycyclin and erythromycin are 0.045 and 0.061 µg L-1 and the relative recoveries were determined 91.3 and 89.8 percent, respectively. Also, the linear range of the drugs for simultaneous microextraction with Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles was 0.01-50 mg L-1. The correlation coefficient and the detection limit for Doxycycline and erythromycin are about r² = 0.97 and r² = 0.99 and 0.05 and 0.037 µg L-1 respectively.
