Extraction of Aloe vera gel and identify the active components

In the first part of this research work focuses on the extraction of base composition in plant Aloe Veraۥ s gel that a combination of carbohydrate is called glucomannan and has many medicinal properties. In this work have been used a new method of freeze draying for the extraction of this compound. In the method of freeze draying is no damage for the main structure of the compounds also in this method using liquid nitrogen for glucomannan extraction to make a nano powders but In the former method, this manner is not used. The compound extracted with this method can underlies of a more new method construction medicines and even cosmetics which can be effect making deeper similar to product [1,2].The following content has been shown that aloe veraۥ s gel and leaf have not essential oils but a small amount of oil has been weakened namely are sweat and this indicates that volatiles are present in trace amounts in the gel of plant [3].In next work, the yellow sap which of the aloe vera bottom of leaf attached to the stem secretion is discussed and substances are phenolic compounds which extracted and are identified [4].
