Endocrine-disrupting chemicals are compounds that alter the normal functioning of the endocrine system [1]. Chlorinated solvents receive an increasing consideration as potential endocrine disrupters. Physiological estrogens, including estrone (E1 (fluctuate with life stage, suggesting specific roles for them in biological and disease processes. There has been great interest in whether certain the hazardous compounds can affect the risk of breast cancer [2]. In this work, zirconium oxide/ graphene oxide nanosheets fiber is introduced. Study of the interaction by head space solid phase microextraction combined with gas chromatography. The objectives of this study were to evaluate total, bound, and freely dissolved amount of the chloroform in the presence of estrone. Percentage of binding and the average number of ligand molecules bound per hormone molecule, v, were determined. Binding percentage, the number of binding sites and binding constant is 18.16, 0.15 and K=3.22×104 respectively. The value range of K suggested the existence of high affinity specific binding for E1.
