The aim of this study is to demonstrate the application of dispersive micro-solid phase extraction using the magnetic nanoparticles and high performance liquid chromatography for coextraction of Benzodiazepines as acidic and basic drugs. Hexadecyltrimethylammonium bromide coated Fe3O4@octanoic acid as an effective sorbent was successfully utilized to adsorb Clonazepam (CLZ) and Lorazepam (LRZ) as acidic and Alprazolam (APZ) and Diazepam (DZP) as basic model compounds. Accordingly, excellent extraction yields and proper extraction capacity after surface modifying could be manufactured due to the fact that new synthesize sorbents owns high surface area[1- 3]. Main parameters, such as the pH, surfactant, adsorbent amounts, ionic strength, extraction time and desorption conditions were investigated to become optimized. Under the optimized extraction conditions, the method proved to be effective due to the good linearity (1 to 5000 ngmL-1), low limits of detection and proper enrichment factor (446 to 632). The high percent of extraction recovery in the range of (87-119), (78-107), (93-100) and (96-101) for CLZ, LRZ, APZ, DZP, respectively and proper relative standard deviations, were confirmed the method as an admirable effective one. Eventually, the amenability of the suggested analytical method was victoriously affirmed by the extraction and designation of CLZ, LRZ, APZ, DZP in human urine and hair and also environmental water samples in the limit of nanogram per mililiter and it fulfilled analytical expectations.
