Chemiluminescence is one of the strong and sensitive technique in analytical chemistry[1].in this work,we propose a simple method based on the chemiluminesence oxidation of luminol(C8H7N3O2) and maleic hydrazide(C4H4N2O2) by hydrogen peroxide in the presence of hemin(C34H32ClFeN4O4) catalyst in alkaline medium[2], LOD and LOQ are 5.1×10-6 mol l-1 and 1.68×10-5 mol l-1 for luminol (R2,0.959), LOD and LOQ are 9.9×10-4 mol l-1 and 3.2×10-3 mol l-1 for maleic hydrazide (R2,0.967). we use some solvent and choose NaOH of them .we first compare between chemiluminescence intensity of luminol and maleic hydrazide with berthold luminometr.The chemiluminescence intensity of luminol is higher than of maleic hydrazide (Fig1). Both of them can be complex with iron atom in hemin. then we use of hemin as catalyst and hemin causes the greatest intensity(Fig2).
