In this paper, we introduce the notion of intuitionistic fuzzy ideals of BN-algebras and some properties
of them are given, also we give the relationship between intuitionistic fuzzy ideal and (fuzzy)
ideal of BN-algebras. Finally, we construct the lattice of intuitionistic fuzzy ideals of BN-algebras.
