In this paper we find an explicit formula for the number of fuzzy subgroup of Frobenius Q- group.
That relation between of characters theory, group theory and fuzzy group theory is indicated. In this
work, first of all, using by theorems in characters theory and group theory we classify Frobenius Q-
group and then by [1], we find an explicit formula for semi direct product of a generalized quaternion
group of eight order and finite elementary abelian p-groups.
