In this article, we define and investigate 2-absorbing subacts and strongly 2-absorbing subacts of
S -acts over monoids with unique zero S as an extention of prime subacts. Among this we define and
study 2-absorbing and strongly 2-absorbing ideals of a monoid S which is a generalization of prime
ideal of semigroup.
