Background: Atrial fibrillation (afib) is the most common cardiac arrhythmia occurring in 1–2 % of the population. During afib, the atria,fibrillate and create an irregular rhythm without effective contraction. Loss of atrial contraction can lead to clot formation in the atria.The clot in the atrial cavity and its appendage can move to other tissue and stop their blood supply totally or partially. Movement of clot to the brain is the major cause of stroke .Electrocardiogram (ECG) is an important tool to detect it.Afib can lead to symptoms in some patients,Others experience no symptoms at all.Afib itself is not life threatening. If left untreated,however,it s side effects can be life threatening, leading to a five-fold rise in stroke risk or heart failure.So on time detection and treating of AF can decrease its complications. Objectives:Timely diagnosis of the AF,can be difficult especially in Silent,asymptomatic and intermittent forms and it can make delay in diagnosis.With our innovative system can facilitate timely intervention and hence minimize its risks by real time detection of AF and transmitting the alarm to the doctor,patient and his family at the time of it s occurring about the urgent condition,that need to visit a physician. Materials/Patients and Methods:we describe 3 channel,ambulatory,wireless long-term ECG monitoring which can detect specific features(bradycardia,tachycardia, pause and AF arrhythmia) with three chest electrodes,attached to the chest without any wire in a novel form.The sensors transmits collected data to the processor carried by patient then software will analyze features like heart rate,RR interval,etc.Then the extracted features(AF)is reported to the defined contacts.The hardware including a processing unit with WiFi module so that connect to the patient smart cell phone. Results:The results show the accuracy of detecting AF is above 93 % and delay between start point of AF occurrences and calling stage is around 15 second in the normal situation of Accessing to the telecommunications antenna of cell phone. Conclusion:The results confirmed that the proposed Device has a potential in detection of AF.it can help the doctors and the patients for on time detection of AF and prevention from it s complications by early intervention.
