Isoxazole and isoxazolines are very useful heterocycles in organic medicinal chemistry . isoxazoline rings have been used by organic chemists for synthetic manipulation to aceess complex molecular architectures. drugs such as Isocarboxazid , valdecoxib , oxacillin, leftunomide and micafiungin are the examples to substantiate the pharmaceutical acceptance of such heterocyclic systems. [1] This research work describes the synthesis of new compound of isoxazole family. First 4-nitro benzaldehyde (1) was transformed to 4-nitro benzaldoxime (2) by using NH2OH in pyridine . The in situ generated nitriloxide from reaction between (2) and NaOCl, was reacted with propargylalcohol in the presence of TiO2 nano particles . By the increasing of nano particles the yield of compounds (3) was increased . The structure of all the synthesised compounds was characterized and confirmed by FT-IR and NMR spectroscopy techniques
