Isoxazole compound which have various pharmacological, biological and industrial applications. Especially these compounds show the antivirus activity [1]. It has been proved that they are effective in cure Parkinson and Alzheimer disease [2]. In present research two kinds of isoxazole and an oxime compound have been synthesized. At the first, 2-Cholorobenzaldehyde changed into 2-Cholorobenzaldeidoxime (1) by increasing sodium hypocholorite to hydroxylamine hydrochloride in pyridine as a solvent, the compound 1 changed to nitrile oxide and [2+3] cycloaddition happened. At the rest of the research 3-(2-chloro phenyl) isoxazol -5-yl methanol (3) was then, (3-(2-chloro phenyl) isoxazol -5-yl) methyl isobutyrate was prepared by reaction of Isobutyric acid and Sulfuric acid with compound 3. In the final step compound (4) was prepared.
The structure of synthesized compounds was confirmed by FT-IR and 1H NMR spectrosopies
