چكيده فارسي :
نيمي از جمعيت كشور را زنان تشكيل مي دهند. زنان به علت داشتن نقش اصلي و محوري در خانه و تفاوتهاي رواني و فيزيولوژيكي با مردان بايد مشاغل آنان متناسب با طبيعت زيستي و رواني آنها سازمان دهي شود.
روش پژوهش در اين مقاله كتابخانه اي، با رويكرد نظام فكري قرآني است كه از يك سو براي زنان وظيفه اقتصادي مقرر نكرده و از سوي ديگر حضور سياسي، اجتماعي، ارتقاء سطح آگاهي و فكري آنان را لازم دانسته است. اما با تغييرات ايجاد شده در عصر حاضر و عدم تناسب بين ويژگي هاي زنانه با مشاغل آنان، موجب به خطر افتادن سلامت روحي و جسماني زنان و ايجاد آسيب هاي جدي در نهاد خانواده شده است. لذا توجه به تقسيم بندي مشاغل متناسب با جنسيت، جهت حفظ سلامت زنان، مادران و كيان خانواده ضروري است.
اين مقاله درصدد پاسخگويي به اين مسائل است:
- با توجه به آيات قرآن، مشاغل متناسب با نيازها و طبيعت رواني، زيستي و اجتماعي زنان كدامند؟
- پيامدهاي بي توجهي به تفاوتهاي جنيستي در اشتغال، بر زنان و خانواده چيست؟
- اهميت و ارزش فرهنگي حفظ استحكام خانواده به عنوان شغل اصلي زن و مادر چيست ؟

Half of the country s population is women, due to their central role in home and the psychological and physiological differences with men, women s occupations should be organized with their biological and psychological nature. The research method in this paper is based on the approach of the Quranic intellectual system, which, on the one hand, does not require women to perform economic duties, and on the other hand, consider their political, social presence, and intellectual development as necessity. But with the changes that have taken place in the present era and the disparity between the characteristics of women with their occupations, they endanger the physical and mental health of women and cause serious harm to the family. Therefore, attention must be paid to the division of jobs in line with gender, in order to protect the health of women, mothers and the foundation of the family.
This article seeks to answer these questions:
According to the verses of the Quran, are the occupations appropriate to the needs, and biological and psychological nature and social characteristics of women?
What are the consequences of neglecting gender differences in employment, on women and the family?
What is the significance and cultural value of maintaining family strength as the main occupation of women and mother?
