يكي از مهم‌ترين معيارها براي سنجش درجه توسعه يافتگي يك كشور، ميزان اهميت و اعتباري است كه زنان در آن كشور دارا هستند. اكنون نگاه جهان، بيشتر به سوي زنان معطوف شده است، زيرا امروزه اگر براي تحقق توسعه اجتماعي، تسريع فرآيند توسعه اقتصادي و محقق شدن عدالت اجتماعي به زن به‌عنوان نيروي فعال و سازنده نگريسته شود، مسير توسعه هموارتر خواهد شد. در اين مقاله برآنيم تا وضعيت اشتغال زنان و مشكلاتي را كه زنان شاغل با آن‌ها مواجه هستند مورد بررسي قرار دهيم. مسلم است كه گفتني¬ها در خصوص حقوق انساني زنان در زمينه اشتغال و حقوق اقتصادي آنان بسيار است اما هدف اصلي نگارنده پاسخ به اين پرسش اساسي است كه آيا به موازات اين روند و تغييرات پيش آمده در نقش‌هاي زنان در جامعه، تغييري نيز در نقش‌هاي سنتي و مسئوليت‌هاي خانوادگي آنان صورت پذيرفته؟ يا آنكه زنان در اين راستا كماكان با مشكلاتي مواجه هستند. اين بررسي با روش كتابخانه‌اي و در چارچوب روش‌هاي تحليلي-توصيفي انجام گرفته است.

In this paper, we look at the status of women s employment and the problems faced by working women. It is certain that there is a lot of talk about women s human rights in employment and economic rights, but the main goal of the author is to answer the fundamental question whether, along with this process and the changes that have taken place in the roles of women in society, there is a change in the roles Traditional and family responsibilities? Or women continue to face problems in this regard. This study was conducted using a library method and in the framework of analytical-descriptive methods.
