ارائه مدل تخمين تأخير چراغ هاي راهنمايي و راهكارهاي كاهش آن (مطالعه موردي تقاطع هاي چراغدار خيابان ولي عصر تهران)

Presentation of delay approximation model for traffic light and solution for reducing this delay (case study for traffic light intersection for valiasr street in Tehran)

در پژوهش پيش رو پس از گردآوري متغيرهاي مربوط به جريان ترافيك شامل حجم ورودي به تقاطع، طول چرخه چراغ ، تعداد فاز ، نسبت حجم به ظرفيت، سرعت، تعداد ترمز هر وسيله نقليه و متوسط زمان توقف هر خودرو توسط برداشت ميداني و به كمك داده هاي سازمان حمل و نقل و ترافيك به بناي يك رابطه منطقي، قابل اعتماد و نزديك بين زمان تأخير و پارامترهاي ترافيكي اثرگذار روي آن در تقاطع هاي چراغدار پرداخته مي شود. نتايج مدل سازي رابطه ميزان تأخير در چراغ هاي راهنمايي با پارامترهاي ترافيكي تقاطع نشان مي دهد، متغيرهاي حجم ورودي به تقاطع، طول چرخه چراغ، شمار فاز، سرعت و شمار ترمز هر خودرو پشت چراغ نقش تأثير در ميزان تأخير در چراغ هاي راهنمايي دارند در حالي كه متغيرهاي نسبت حجم به ظرفيت و متوسط زمان توقف هر خودرو نقش چنداني در برآورد ميزان تأخيرهاي ترافيكي در چراغ هاي راهنمايي ندارند.

Abstract In this research, after gathering variables related to traffic paths which includes: • cars coming to the intersection • time between red and green lights • number of phases • ratio of traffic to capacity of cars • average speed of cars • numbers of brakes per minutes in a car involved in traffic • average time for car which is stopped during red light This information are gathered physically with help of transportation and traffic organization according to a logical and reliable, close relationship between delay time and effective parameters in traffic. These parameters can affect traffic in traffic lights. Research results shows that variables related to cars entering the intersection, time of red lights changing to green lights and vice versa, speed of cars and the numbers of brakes per minutes for cars behind traffic lights have effective role in delay time of traffic lights , while ratio of traffic to capacity of cars and average time for car which is stopped during red light do not have effective role in calculating delay time for traffic in traffic lights.
