Introduction: Due to the increasing use of pesticides, residual risk remaining in ecosystem food chain and human and animal health is threatened. Consequences are oxidative stress and other problems which are concerns of the world health. Use of medicinal plants with antioxidant potential can be helpful in this regard. The aim of this study was to compare the effects of different concentrations of extracts of broccoli and vitamin C on oxidative stress in rats exposed to endosulfan.Materials Methods Adult male Wistar rats (200-250 g) were divided into six groups of 6 rats. The first experimental group received no medication and only received food and water routine (negative control group). The second experimental group received only poison (positive control group). The experimental group third, fourth and fifth respectively in addition to poison received extracts 25, 50 and75 percent. Sixth experimental group received vitamin C in addition to the poison. At the end of this period, after euthanized rats, testes were removed and examined in term of Histomorphometric changes and blood serum was tested to measure the TCA. The results were analyzed by one-way ANOVA test and Tukey s test at p≤0.05.Results: The results showed that different concentration of broccoli extract (specialy by 75%) and vitamin C inhibitory effect on the degenerative impact of endosulfan on histomorphometric changes and increased TCA concentration significantly.Conclusion: Under test in testicular weight and diameter increased with increased concentration so that about 75% broccoli Hydro-Alcoholic extract and vitamin C this issue was significant (p≤0.05). The mean serum total antioxidant capacity (TCA) was lower in positive control group from all groups was significant (p≤0.05).
