Introduction: Endosulfan is one of the strong Pesticides used in agriculture. This toxin is absorbed by inhalation and skin. Endosulfan has side effects such as infertility in men. This study surveys effect of different concentrations of broccoli extract on spermatogenesis in male rats induced stress oxidative by endosulfan. The aim of this study was to compare the effects of different concentrations of antioxidant extracts of broccoli and vitamin C on oxidative stress index was.Materials Methods: Adult male rats (200-250 g) from Wistar rats were divided into six groups of 6 rats. The first experimental group received no medication and only received food and water routine (negative control group). The second experimental group received only poison (positive control group). The experimental group third, fourth and fifth respectively in addition to poison received extracts 25, 50 and75 percent. Sixth experimental group received vitamin C in addition to the poison. At the end of this period, after euthanized rats, Testicles were removed and Extract from the testicular tissue was used to measure the concentrations of malondialdehyde (MDA) and also with histological testicular tissue under the microscope, Sertoli cells, spermatogonia, primary spermatocytes, secondary spermatocytes, spermatids and spermatozoon were counted. The results were analyzed by one-way ANOVA test and Tukey s test at p≤0.05.Results: The results showed that different concentration of broccoli (in specialy by 75%) and vitamin C inhibitory effect on the degenerative impact of Endosulfan on spermatogenesis and decreased MDA concentration There are significant. Conclusion: The results of this study indicated that Endosulfan impairs spermatogenesis by increasing the oxidative stress. Broccoli extract by reduces oxidative stress inhibiting the degenerative effects pesticide endosulfan. The average concentration of MDA in groups 75% broccoli Hydro-Alcoholic extract and vitamin C with positive control group was significant. (p≤0.05).
