Introduction: Endosulfan is one of the strong Pesticides used in agriculture. This toxin is absorbed by inhalation and skin. The aim of this study was to investigare the effect of different concentrations of broccoli Hydro-Alcoholic extract and VitaminC on liver injury in male rats induced stress oxidative by Pesticides endosulfan. Materials Methods: Adult male rats (200-250 g) from Wistar rats were divided into six groups of 6 rats. The first experimental group received no medication and only received food and water routine (negative control group). The second experimental group received only poison (positive control group). The experimental group third, fourth and fifth respectively in addition to poison received extracts 25, 50 and75 percent. Sixth experimental group received vitamin C in addition to the poison. At the end of this period, after euthanize rats, Their blood serum to measure the concentration of creatinine, AST, ALT and ALP were taken. The results were analyzed by one-way ANOVA test and Tukey s test at p≤0.05. Results: The measured concentration of creatinine ,AST,ALT and ALP in the control group (CG) was 0.5 0.1, 123 7.5, 37 6.5, 463 11.8, in T1 group it was 0.6 0.1, 192 11.5, 57.5 7.5, 756 16.5, for the T2 group, 0.58 0.2, 160 10.5, 56 6.5, 547.5 14.2, in the T3 group,.55 0.1 140 8.5, 51.5 7.1, 533 14.5, in the T4 group, 0.52 0.1, 128 7.5, 50.5 6.5, 508 13.7,and in the T5 group, 0.5 0.1, 120 6.5, 46.5 6.1, 493.5 12.3 respectively. No significant difference between the control group and experimental group was observed in creatinine concentration but in AST,ALT and ALP there was a significant difference (p≤0.05). Conclusion: This study positive effect broccoli extract and vitamin C in reducing liver enzymes, liver damage caused by pesticide endosulfan states. This can partly be associated with reduced oxidative stress by broccoli Hydro-Alcoholic extract.
