Objectives: Copper is microelement nutrient that animal consumpt it by nutrition. The copper is being in animal plasma and transmitted by cellular transmission path waies as simple diffusion , pores. Sometimes stress and some microelement upgrade lead to decrease the copper in blood.mo and zn, sulfur , iron , cadmium ,calcium upgrades cause the decrease copper equivalence in blood and cause the copper deficiency. Inchoronic form change hair coat color was occur. Sign of copper deficiency include: diarrhea, anemia, fracture lamness, and decrease disease resistance. Copper also play role in bone cell function ,pigment production, hair ,hoof and horn formation. And animal growth.cattle diets should contain about 4-10 parts per million of copper with calves on lower range and cow 10ppm.Material and method: In same case the 4 age dairy cow has fall down and orthotonus and tachy cardia signs suddenly.Inthe initial veterinarian advise salin-dextrose serum, dexamethasone, multimineral drugs to survaies cow.But it was not adequate and not change in serum copper balance and cow dead.Result: Traditional methods of copper supplementation including copper injection, salt/mineral mix and bluses, had all been tried in the past with varying degrees of success. Copper glicinate is the important drug than other therapies and the other therapies was not succesfull. In paraclinical examinations copper deficiency separate by equivalence plasma serum.Conclusion: The copper deficiency was occur in stress situation.In initial clinical sign was not controlled by therapies and should be advised copper glicinate.Normal cupper glicinate dose lead to high equivalence of plasma copper and regulate level equivalence of copper and minerals. In sub clinical case multi mineral blocks used. Sub cutaneous injections are hard on the cow, marginally effective, and last for 4-6 months or less.,
