بررسي جايگاه بعد كالبدي و معيار حمل و نقل و ارتباطات در توسعه ي پايدار محلي مطالعه ي موردي : محله ي جويباره

Study of State of Physical Dimension and Standard of Transport and Communications in Local Sustainable Development, Case Study: Jooybareh Neighborhood, Esfahan

قوله ي توسعه ي پايدار در تمامي ابعاد جامعه ( بعد اجتماعي ، اقتصادي ،كالبدي و زيست محيطي ) در قرن حاضر مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. براي رسيدن به توسعه ي پايدار و همچنين شهر پايدار در ابتدا بايد محله هاي پايداري داشته باشيم از اين رو در اين مقاله به بررسي زمينه هاي پايداري محله با تاكيد بر جايگاه بعد كالبدي و مؤلفه ي حمل و نقل و ارتباطات در محله ي جويباره پرداخته مي شود. بنابراين در صورت پايدار نبودن محله ها و خصوصا عدم وجود بعد كالبدي با مشكلات جدي از قبيل از بين رفتن منابع براي نسل هاي آينده و به وجود آمدن زيرساخت هاي ناپايدار كه نمي توانند پاسخ گوي نسل هاي آينده باشند، روبرو هستيم ، سؤالي كه مطرح مي شود اين است كه آيا محله ي جويباره به عنوان يك محله ي قديمي با پيشينه ي تاريخي ، معيارهاي مؤلفه ي حمل و نقل و ارتباطات در بعد كالبدي را در خود دارد يا خير.در اين پژوهش پس از بررسي و تحليل معيار هاي حمل و نقل و دسترسي ها در صورت وجود معيارهاي آن در محله به تقويت آن پرداخته و در صورت عدم وجود راهكارهاي كلي ارايه مي شود. نوع تحقيق اين مقاله كاربردي است و روش تحقيق آن توصيفي تحليلي مي با شد و روش هاي جمع آوري اطلاعات ميداني و كتابخانه اي است .(حافظ نيا ، 1384)

The concept of sustainable development in all aspects of society (social, economic, physical environmental aspect) is taken into consideration in current century. For reach to the sustainable development and also sustainable city at first must have stable neighborhoods from this point in this paper, the Local Sustainable background check on the state of the physical and principal of Transport and Communications in the Juibare neighbor will be discussed. Therefor in the case of unstable neighborhoods and especially without physical dimension whit serious problem such as loss of resources for future generations and creating an unstable infrastructure that can t be responsive to future generations will happen, the question is, does the Juibare neighborhood with Historical background as an old neighborhood has transport and communication standards in the physical component on its own or not. In this study, after analyzing the standards of transport and accessibilities, in case of existence the potentials in the neighborhood we will improve it and if not the general guidelines will be present. Type of this research is practical and the research method is descriptive and analytical and the data was gathered from library resources and field studies. (Hafeznia 1384)
