Electrochemical behavior of this modified electrode was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) method on the clindamycin hydrochloride. Clindamycin is a lincosamide antibiotic، clindamycin is a useful and efficient drug for treatment of head and neck, respiratory, bone and soft tissue, abdominal, and pelvic infections. First, nickel oxide (nano-NiOx) and cobalt oxide (nano-CoOx) nanoparticles were deposited on the surface of carbon paste electrode (CPE) modified, from 0.1 M nickel nitrate and chloride cobalt solution using cyclic voltammetry for 20 cycles in the potential range of 0 -1 V at scan rate 100 mVs-1. For the first time, these electrodes successfully were used for electrocatalytic oxidation of clindamycin hydrochloride drug. Also, we studied the effect of various parameters such as different concentrations drug in various scan rate, different percent ethanol, accumulation time, solution pH.
