حمل ونقل بار به عنوان مؤلفه اصلي در مديريت زنجيره تأمين كالا و سيستم هاي لجستيك شهري داراي هزينه هايي است كه علاوه بر آن كه ذي نفعان اين بخش را متاثر مي كند، بخش هايي از جامعه را نيزتحت تأثير قرار مي دهد كه به صورت مستقيم از حمل بار شهري منفعتي كسب نمي كنند. معمولاًحقوق اين بخش هاي جامعه در تصميم گيري هاي اقتصادي بين طرف هاي ذينفع در بخش حمل ونقل بار در نظر گرفته نشده و در نتيجه هزينه هايي نيز كه بر اين بخش هاي جامعه وارد مي شود، به صورت كامل جبران نمي شود. طرح توزيع و تحويل از نقطه نظر دريافت كننده كالا يك مدل مفهومي خلاقانه در زمينه لجستيك براي سازماندهي و مديريت كارآمد تحويل كالا مي باشد.در اين مقاله به كمك طرح مفهومي توزيع و تحويل، به كمينه كردن تعداد حاملان توزيع و گروه هاي تحويل دهنده كالا و انتخاب كوتاه ترين مسير براي تحويل دهنده كالا پرداخته شده است.گزينه هاي مختلف طرح توزيع وتحويل، ابزار توسعه يافته اي براي منافع بخش هاي عمومي و تجاري مي باشد. در اين مقاله نشان داده شده است كه طرح توزيع وتحويل غير حضوري، مي تواند تاثير به سزايي در كاهش هزينه ها و هزينه هاي خارجي حمل بار در مناطق تجاري و عمومي درون شهري داشته باشد كه در اين بررسي در بعضي موارد به كاهش بيش از 30 درصدي هزينه ها دست پيدا شده است.

It has been shown in this paper that the non-attendance distribution and delivery plan can have a significant impact on reducing costs and external costs of freight in the commercial and public areas of the city, which in this case in some cases decreased by more than 30 Percentage of expenses are achieved.
