سرمايه گذاري در پروژه هاي عمراني با توجه به گستره ي وسيعي را كه در بر مي گيرند داراي موارد مبهم و ناشناخته فراواني مي باشند لذا اين گونه موارد به نام عدم قطعيت شناخته مي شوند و مي توانند باعث تاثير گذاري مستقيم و غير مستقيم در روند اجراي پروژه هاي عمراني گردند در همين راستا ريسك هاي موجود در يك پروژه عموما درسه فاز كلي از چرخه حيات قرارداد هاي متعارف شامل طراحي مناقصه و اجراء در حوزه هاي مختلف شناسايي و دسته بندي مي شوند و مي توانند با توجه به عدم تخصيص عوامل كنترلي مديريت ريسك در مراحل طراحي باعث به وجود آمدن خسارت هاي سنگيني به بدنه ي اقتصادكشور گردند عدم آشنايي و به كارگيري كارشناسي صحيح مديريت ريسك و همچنين استفاده از روش هاي سنتي ناكارآمد جهت شناسايي و ارزيابي از عوامل ايجاد ريسك در پروژه ها و هچنين انتقال آن به بدنه دستگاه كارفرما مي باشد در اين صورت يكي از راه كارهاي اساسي بهره گيري از توانمندي بالاي تيم هاي مديريت پروژه هاي عمراني درگروه هاي فرآيندي مديريت و تشكيل تيم مديريت مي باشدكه توانمندي تيم درمديريت ريسك شامل شناخت شناسايي ارزيابي ريسك مي تواند اعضاي تيم را در راستاي رسيدن به اهداف پروژه كمك شاياني كند توانمندي تيم مديريتي در طراحي و شناسائي ريسك ها و مستند سازي ريسك ها و ارائه ي گزارش كاملي به مديريت ارشد جهت بررسي و بهبود لازم و ضروري است هدف از انجام اين پژوهش بررسي عوامل تاثيرگذار مستقيم و غير مستقيم در ايجاد ريسك به پروژه ها و بدنه ي كارفرمايي و همچنين ضرورت استفاده از تيم مديريت ريسك جهت شناسايي و كنترل اين عوامل و همچنين ارائه ي راهكارهاي بهينه جهت ارتقاي توانمندي تيم مديريتي مي باشد روش تحقيق اين مقاله اسنادي تحليلي و روش گردآوري اطلاعات آن به صورت كتابخانه اي مي باشد
