ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎي ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﻓﻌﺎل از ﻋﻤﻠﮕﺮﻫﺎي ﻓﻌﺎل ﺑﺮاي اﻋﻤﺎل ﻧﻴـﺮو و ﻛﻨﺘـﺮل ارﺗﻌﺎﺷـﺎت ﺑﺪﻧﻪ ﺧﻮدرو اﺳﺘﻔﺎده مينمايند. ﻋﻤﻠﮕﺮﻫﺎي ﻓﻌﺎل در ﻫﻨﮕﺎم ﻧﻴﺎز، اﻧرژي ارﺗﻌﺎﺷﺎت را ﺟﺬب ﻧﻤﻮده و ﻳﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ اﻧﺮژي ﺗﺰرﻳﻖ ﻣﻲ ﻛﻨﻨﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺑـﻪ ﻛـﺎرﮔﻴﺮي ﺳﻴﺴـﺘﻢ ﺑﺎزﻳﺎﺑﻲ اﻧﺮژي، ﺑﺨﺸﻲ از اﻧﺮژي ارﺗﻌﺎﺷﺎت ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﻣﻲﺗﻮاﻧد به انرژي اﻟﻜﺘﺮﻳﻜﻲ ﺗﺒﺪﻳﻞ ﺷﺪه و ذﺧﻴﺮه ﮔﺮدد. ﻳﻜﻲ از ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﻳﻦ ﻓﺎﻛﺘﻮرﻫﺎي ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ در ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ اراﺑﻪ ﻓﺮود ﻫﻮاﭘﻴﻤﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﻲ اﺛﺮات ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از ﻓﺮود ﻫﻮاﭘﻴﻤﺎ روي ﺑﺪﻧﻪ آن و ﻧﻘﺶ ﺟﺎذب ارﺗﻌﺎش ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺟﺬب ﻛﻨﻨﺪه اﻧﺮژي ﻧﺎﺷﻲ از ﻓﺮود ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. در اﻳﻦ جا ﺑﻪ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ دﻳﻨﺎﻣﻴﻜﻲ ارﺗﻌﺎﺷﺎت اراﺑﻪ ﻓﺮود از دو روش ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻠﻲ و ﺷﺒﻴﻪ ﺳﺎزي ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰاري ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ . اﺑﺘﺪا ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت دﻳﻨﺎﻣﻴﻜﻲ ﻓﺮود ﻫﻮاﭘﻴﻤﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺷﺶ درﺟﻪ آزادي ﻧﻮﺷﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ . ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺑﺮاي ﺣﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻓﻀﺎي ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺗﺒﺪﻳﻞ ﺷﺪه و ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار متلب ﺣﻞ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ . در روش دوم ﻫﻮاﭘﻴﻤﺎ در ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار ادامس ﻣﺪﻟﺴﺎزي ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ . اوﻟﯿﻦ ﮔﺎم در ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﯾﮏ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ اراﯾﻪ ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ و دﻗﯿﻖ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ . ﻣﻨﻈﻮر از ﻣﺪل اﻟﺰاﻣﺎ ﻣﺪل ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه ﻧﯿﺴﺖ ﺑﻠﮑﻪ ﻣﺪﻟﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﻟﺖ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ را واﻗﻌﯽ ﺗﺮ ﺑﯿﺎن ﮐﻨﺪ و اﻫﺪاف ﻃﺮاح آن ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ را ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﺪ . از اﯾﻦ ﻣﺪل ﻫﺎي ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﭘﺎﯾﺪاري، راﺣﺘﯽ ﺳﻔﺮ و ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﺳﺨﺘﯽ ﻓﻨﺮﻫﺎ و ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﻣﯿﺮاﯾﯽ ﺗﺤﺖ ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﻧﺎﻫﻤﻮاري ﻫﺎي ﺟﺎده اﺷﺎره ﮐﺮد . ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎي ﺗﻌﻠﯿﻖ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﭘﺬﯾﺮ ﺑﻪ دو ﮔﺮوه اﺻﻠﯽ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﭘﯿﺶ ﺧﻮر و ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﭘﺲ ﺧﻮر ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد . ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺎﺧﯿﺮ زﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻏﯿﺮﻗﺎﺑﻞ اﺟﺘﻨﺎب در ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﻫﺎ ي ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﭘﺬﯾﺮ ﻫﻤﻮاره ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﺷﺪه ﺑﻪ ﻃﻮر دﻗﯿﻖ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺎ ورودي ﺗﺤﺮﯾﮏ ﻫﻢ ﺑﻮد زﻣﺎن ﻧﺨﻮاﻫﺪ . ﺑﺮاي رﻓﻊ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺸﮑﻞ از ﺳﻨﺴﻮرﻫﺎﯾﯽ درﺧﻮدرو اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد . ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن ﻫﺎي ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ وﻳﮋﮔﻲ ﻣﻨﺤﺼﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮد، در ﺳﺎل ﻫﺎي اﺧﻴﺮ ﺑﺴﻴﺎر ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻘﺎن ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪاﻧﺪ . ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮﺑﻮدن اﻳﻦ، زﻣﻴﻨﻪ ﺗﺤﻘﻴﻘﺎﺗﻲ در اﻳﺮان ﻫـﺪف ازاﻳـﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﻴـﻖ ﺗـﺪوﻳﻦ ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﻮده ودر اﻳﻨﺠﺎ،ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﻃﺮاﺣﻲ ﺗﺤﻠﻴﻞ و ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ ﺗﻌﻠﻴﻖ ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ ﻓﻌﺎل اراﺋـﻪ ﻣـﻲ ﺷـﻮد . ﻓﻨﺎوري ﺑﻪ ﻛﺎر ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﺪه در اﻳﻦ ﺳﻴﺴﺘﻢ در واﻗﻊ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﭘﻴﺸﻨﻴﺎز و ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ آن ﺑﺮاي دﺳﺘﻴﺎﺑﻲ ﺑـﻪ ﭘﻴﺎده ، داﻧﺶ ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻳﺎﺗﺎﻗﺎن ﻣﻐﻨﺎﻃﻴﺴﻲ ﺳﺎزي ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Active suspension systems enable operators to apply tension to the vehicle body vibration control and informatics. Enable operators when needed, to absorb vibration energy or energy system injected. Using energy recovery system, suspension system can be part of the vibration energy into electrical energy and stored. One of the factors considered in the design of aircraft landing gear, the plane landed on its fuselage the effect and role of shock absorber is to absorb energy from landing. Here the thesis landing gear of two analytical methods and simulation software are discussed. The dynamic equations of a plane landing with six degrees of freedom is written. Equations to solve space conversion mode and is solved by Matlab software. In the second plane software is modeled Adams. The first step in analyzing a system is a convenient and accurate physical model. The model is necessarily complex model, but the model is more realistic to express the relationship between the system and the system will meet its design goals. The physical models can be used to analyze the stability, ease of travel and hardness coefficient springs and damping coefficients are affected by the unevenness of the road. Controllable suspension systems into two main groups Forward control and feedback control split. Given the inevitable time lag in the control system are always controlled system precisely tailored to stimulate input was not time. To solve the problem of the vehicle sensors are used. Due to the unique properties of magnetic bearings, in recent years, many researchers have been. Due to the novelty of the field of research and technology development in Iran aim of this study here, process design, analysis and manufacture magnetic suspension system is active. The technology used in this system as a prerequisite in order to achieve the implementation of its development, knowledge of the construction of the magnetic bearing.
