Impact study on composite sandwich panels with aluminum honeycomb cores useing finite element simulation

هدف از اين آزمايش بررسي برخورد در سازه ساندويچي با هسته لانه زنبوري آلومينيومي بود. جهت نشان دادن صحت روش مورد استفاده يك پنل ساندويچي با مشخصات خاص در نظر گرفته شده و سپس از شبيه سازي تست شبه استاتيكي خمش سه نقطه به روش اجزاي محدود، نتايج عددي حاصل با نتايج تجربي موجود مقايسه گرديد. نتايج بدست آمده صحت نتايج حاصل از روش عددي و مطابقت خوب آنرا با نتايج تجربي نشان مي دهد. تست برخورد ديناميكي (نفوذ) پنل ساندويچي مورد مطالعه با يك نفوذ كننده سر تخت انجام شد.

The aim of this experiment was to the survey of the sandwich structure behavior with aluminum honeycomb core. In order to showing the accuracy of the used method, a sandwich panel with special characteristics was determined, and after simulation, the test of three points semi statistic with the finite element procedure was carried out and the numerical results were compared with the experimental data. The obtained results showed the accuracy of the results of the numerical methods and its conformity with experimental findings. In the following, the test of dynamic collision of the sandwich panel with a penetrator head flat was performed.
