In the present study the behavior of hybrid joint the plate glass/epoxy composite with aluminum 7075 were
studied in three different states. The joints were evaluated in the single strap static tension test. Based on the
experimental results, the maximum of joint load are detectable. in order to study the maximum of joint load and failure
modes of joint the variable parameters have selected the overlap length and strap thickness. The optimum amount of
variable parameters by comparing experimental results related to different modes obtained. Results are showed that
increasing the overlap length influences on maximum load promoting. Reducing strap thickness increases maximum
load of joint about %22
