long term durability of E-glass/vinyl ester composite materials exposed to an acidic solution and high
temperature condition are investigated. In this research, the influence of mentioned environmental conditions on the
created specimens has been considered experimentally, then, a predictive framework based on Arrhenius relation has
been used to illustrate long term behavior. Ambient temperature with an elevated temperature are employed in this
research. All specimens are exposed to these conditions for 1, 2, 4 and 8 weeks. Finally bending test is performed in order
to find degradation of properties. The effect of acidic solution on the degradation of this kind of composites has been
shown and 5.5 years prediction of strength loss is provided.
