Education and public participation in knowledge-based city to further the objectives of Executive Management.

علارغم پيشرفتهاي علمي در زمينه تكنولوژيهاي مدرن و علوم نوين در معماري و شهرسازي كشورمان، همچنان وضعيت موجود شهرها اختلاف زيادي با پژوهش هاي مرتبط دارد. شهر شبكه اي درهم تنيده از ارتباط بين دانش و اجتماع است و از تلاقي ارتباط آن ، فرهنگ زاده مي شود. اجتماعي كه از دانش نوين شهري اطلاعات كمتري داشته باشد به صورت منفعل عمل مي كند و اين مقوله تبعاتي را در شهرها به دنبال دارد. حركت به سوي شهر دانش بنيان درجهت ارتقاي كيفيت سطح زندگي از طريق بكارگيري علوم نوين است اما، دانشي كه محدود به مراكز علمي باشد امكان حضور و مشاركت مردمي در پيشبرد اهداف اجرايي را نمي دهد. شهردانش بنيان، نيازمند شهروند آموزش ديده است كه بتواند در اين مهم سهيم باشد. هدف تحقيق حاضر، تحليل و بررسي ارتباط مشاركت به واسطه حضور مردم درجهت دستيابي به آرمانهاي شهردانش بنيان است و با بررسي هاي به عمل آمده مي توان به اين نتيجه رسيد كه، آموزش ومشاركت مردمي در شكل گيري و پيشبرد اهداف اجرايي نقش بسزايي دارد. پژوهش حاضر بر اساس روش توصيفي– تحليلي بوده و با استفاده از اسناد كتابخانه اي و مقالات علمي به تشريح عوامل تاثير گذار در اين زمينه مي پردازد.

The aim of this study was to analyze the relationship between participation by the people is to achieve the ideals of knowledge and The study was carried out can be concluded that, Education and popular participation plays an important role in the development of an administrative purposes This study was based on analytical methods and using library documents and scientific articles outline the factors that affect this scheme.
